ENGINEERED SUPPLY

Precision-Sized Industrial Equipment for Optimal Performance

Equipment performs only as reliably as the support sustaining it. Our units are commissioned and serviced by our own engineering team.

Questions We Get Asked

Do you handle installation and commissioning?

Yes — equipment is commissioned by our own engineers rather than handed over in crates. Site conditions are checked before delivery so the installation does not stall on something avoidable. Operator training is included at handover. Commissioning documentation is provided for your records.

What does an annual maintenance contract cover?

A standard AMC covers scheduled preventive visits, priority breakdown response and labour. Consumables and wear parts are usually quoted separately so you are not paying a flat rate for parts you may not need. The visit schedule is set around your production calendar rather than ours. We will put the specifics in writing before you sign anything.

How do I size the right equipment for my plant?

Tell us the duty — the throughput, the operating hours and the conditions — and we will size against it rather than against a catalogue page. Over-specifying costs you capital and running cost; under-specifying costs you downtime. Where the duty is unclear we would rather visit than guess. The recommendation comes with the calculation behind it.

Are spare parts readily available?

We hold the fast-moving parts for the equipment we supply, which is the point of buying from a supplier rather than an importer. Slower-moving items are ordered against a confirmed lead time. Critical spares can be held on your behalf where downtime cost justifies it. Ask us to put together a recommended spares list for your installation.

What is your service response time?

Response depends on the contract, and we set it explicitly rather than leaving it to goodwill. Customers under AMC get priority over ad-hoc calls, which is one of the reasons to have one. Many faults are diagnosed over the phone before an engineer travels. If a visit is needed you will be told when, not "soon".
